Do you offer discounts?
Yes.  If an order is above $100, I offer a 10 percent discount on the entire order.  

What type of payments do you accept?  
I accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal.  I don’t currently have a way to process cards and I do not accept checks.  

Can I give you a USB drive that I own?
Yes. The USB must have enough space to store the memories. If it doesn't have enough space, you will need to purchase a USB drive or Digital Download from me. 

How do I get my media to you?
Clients will drop off their memories to me in Springville, Utah. I don’t currently offer shipping as a method to deliver media.  

How long does it take for my memories to be digitized?
Memories will be completed 3-4 weeks from the time the client drops off their memories.

What condition do my memories need to be in for me to digitize them? 
Before playback, knowing the condition of your media can be difficult to assess.  If you are unsure of whether or not it will play, you are welcome to drop it off with other memories and I can see if the tape will work.  I will not charge for any media that I am unable to extract data from.

How does Digital Download work?
I will email you a link that will take you to OneDrive to access a folder of your files.  Share this link with anyone who would like to see or download the digital files from this transfer. To download your files, right-click on the folder or file and select "download." To view the file, click directly on the folder and then click on the file you would like to see. It costs $10 each month to keep your files on OneDrive. I will take down your files one month after the last payment.
